I just lost my phone 

who can help me to locate the last location 

I knew my last location 

but I have to check with technical support team of public mobile 

 

And who I can request to block the phone 

kindly help me 

my number is (xxx) xxx-xxxx 

kindly call me for update

Regrettably, Public Mobile would be unable to help locate your phone for you.  The only option may be if you had a "find my phone" type setting enabled and the phone was set up to be found this way.

 

Recommendation would be to call your number once every few hours, in hopes someone might answer.   Another recommendation (for next device) would be to place a contact e-mail on the lock screen where an honest finder of the device might contact you at.

If you have another phone you can use. You can obtain another Public Mobile SIM card and then contact the moderators to SWAP the SIM number for you.

 

To contact the Public Mobile Moderator_Team, there are two ways to reach them:

1 -  Faster Method - Click the bubble comment circle on the bottom right hand side of your screen, or use this link to: Get Help With SIMon the Public Mobile chatbot

 Type "SIM Swap"

Sorry to hear about your troubles.  You can report your phone lost/stolen in your self service account. 

 

Unfortunately, there is no live person to talk with.  Public mobile customers service is all private messaging with moderators.

Lost/Stolen Phone and/or Suspend Service:

If your Phone is lost or stolen, you can Suspend your service if you’d like to prevent any calls or messages from being sent or received. Doing so will not keep your plan from expiring; however, it will ensure that your credit card is not charged at your next renewal date if you’re on AutoPay.Just follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Self-Serve account
  2. Go to Plan and Add-Ons > Lost/Stolen Phone
  3. Select Suspend Service

Note that after 90 days in suspend, your account will be deactivated permanently so be sure to return to this page if you find your phone or decide to get a new SIM.
