I was short funds in my account , the money is in there now

can you take payment out so my phone will work again please

you can first login to My Account using the browser and then use the link I provided above to make a manual payment, then reboot phone

if you cannot even login My Account, then you will have to ask support agent to help

you must log in to your account, make sure there's $$ in Available Funds....then look to Resume.
