Hello -  I lost my sim and bought a new one. can you please move my number to my new sim

Do not activate a new account with the new SIM card.  You need to replace the SIM card in your MY account.

you can try to do it yourself using email to receive 2FA to login

or if you cannot login, submit ticket with PM agent

We are all customers like you. Log into your account and go to Profile and you can change your SIM card # there.
