Hi, I am going to upgrade my current plan but have a question about the rewards. Are all of my current rewards pre-auth payments + loyalty pays still remain available on the new plan ?

All good brother. We have those days. Oddly enough I woke up at 1am and made a cup of coffee. I have NO clue why. Drank it and fell right back to sleep till I woke up this morning. I love getting older!! lol

Thanks for reaching out to the forums for our help. We are all customers just like you.
During the pandemic I went from the $25 plan down to the $15 plan to save money. I had the $2 for prepaid and $3 for loyalty and $2 for referrals. Dropping down to the plan, setting it for the renewal date so I didn't lose any funds, I at no point lost my credits. Just recently I was offered a $25 5GB upgrade deal. I took it and once again did not lose anything. As long as you do NOT upgrade to the newest point system, you should be just fine. NEVER upgrade to the new point system. Hope this info helps.

Yes, your rewards will remain and won’t be effected by the plan change. The only way to lose your rewards is if you manually switch to the points system (still earn some but you get less than the legacy system) or if you close your account. I would suggest making the plan change for your next renewal so you don’t lose out on the service you’ve already paid for though!

@__Bruce , there are no loss of rewards when you do a plan change.
