How can I get access back to my phone number without email access

Email needed text message to get in

not able to login Public mobile also due to no phone and no email access

How can I regain access to my phone number?

You can purchase vouchers from 7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway, Staples then dial 611 and enter the voucher number and pin.
