so i recently got a new sim activated it paid for a plan but the app isnt working to get a new number and finish my account

Hi, I just recently activated a new account, and had a similar problem. I restarted my phone with the new sim and it was recognized after that.

You need the app to finish activation trying reinstalling the app or if that still doesn’t work submit a ticket to a Public Mobile CS agent.

@josh89 So put sim in the phone does it work at all any services ? You mentioned you activated . Are you just wanting to charge phone number in app .you can change number in your account profile page
