Need to change my SIM card and can't open account. I have two accounts. one ok the second one I have a problem. it looks like my email didn't work any more. how I can open my account to change a SIM card. please help and thank you

This happens often when you have two accounts and using the same browser. I'd recommend keeping them seperate. One account using say... Google Chrome and the other using say.... Firefox. You can choose the browsers you like of course. So for now, if you can get into one account, try using another browser and in incognito mode. See, what the issue you're having is a cache issue. This website is kind of bad for it. So if you can, try a different browser and clear the cache and restart the browser. You should be able to get in. If you don't want to do that, whichever browser you're using now, clear the cache and history and then restart the browser and try again in incognito mode. That should work.
