Hi I am currently India and lost my sim yesterday. My number shows active. Is it possible to get a new sim with the same number. Where should I email or visit for this process?

HI @hydra1402 since PM does not have service in India, I think you can wait till you are back to Canada, then get a new sim card from Telus or Koodo store.
but for now, you can login to My Account and put your account to Lost/Stolen

Being in India does not affect your PM status. Most important is to pay your bill every 30 days or REMEMBER to pay your bill on 85th-88th day is suspended in order Not to lose your account/number.
You do not have to get new SIM now; you can get it when you are back and transfer number to new SIM through self-serving account.
In the mean time, you can organize somebody in Canada to get new SIM for you so you could switch it the same day you are back.

Pubilc Mobile doesn't do support by email. Buy a SIM card from a Koodo store or order one from here buy one by clicking the shop button at the top of the page and get Public Mobile to mail it to your address back in Canada.
