New my account while keeping old rewards?

I went to log into my account today, and I see my login no longer works and I have to create a new “my account”. However, it also states “Sign up for My Account to automatically register for My Rewards.”  Does that mean I will lose my old rewards system and be moved over to the much crappier tier points system? Is there any way for me to check my account without moving over to the new system?

If you are existing customer (and being it for a while) you do Not have to create new account!

If you have issue logging into your Existing account, you should contact agent for assistance.

Creating new account will be considered as new customer. Rewards, bonuses, add-ons, etc. cannot be transferred from old to new account.

Rewards cannot be transferred from one account to another.  If your original account has been closed because the service was suspended for 90 days, and you have now opened a new Public Mobile account, you'renow considered a new customer and have lost anything that was in the old account (if the old account has been closed).   I'm going off a few assumptions, but if you already had a Self Serve account, there's now way to create a new Self Serve account without activation of a new service/new Public Mobile account.

You'll be good, only way you will switch is if you double verify you want to change.

@john_slavko   if you are existing PM subscriber  before Jan 25 and never opt in for the new rewards system , then no worry,  you are still on the old rewards system.

 

The My Rewards site is a separate site for us , everyone on old and new rewards system to login to check rewards

 

Just remember do not accept to opt in for new rewards system.  Old is much better

new website but you not losing old rewards is will be still in your account.

 

if you upgrade to points system you can't go back to old rewards be careful
