@Taralynn02 For security reason, they won't let you SIM Swap without access to email or your old SIM. (Some people would got Simjacked if there is no security measure like this)
You still have access to My Account I believe? Anyway, you have to open a ticket with PM and have your My Account link to an email that you have access to. Once this is done, you can go back and re-request SIM Change

@Taralynn02 If you lost your phone, then you should have logged into your self serve account and simply put the account into "lost/stolen" and "suspend" mode until you were able to purchase a new SIM then gone back into your account and select "change SIM" option and then "resume service".
Contact customer support and perhaps they will add your new SIM to your old account so that you don't lose your previous number.
Click the chatbot bubble bottom right of your screen and follow prompts to submit a ticket, or click the envelope icon top right and send a private message to CS_Agent and ask them for help.

You could have just purchased a new SIM card and went into your original self service account and chosen Change Sim Card. You will have to contact a CSA to see what they can do for you.
Choose chat bubble in lower right hand corner to contact a CSA.

@Taralynn02 : Oh dear. You kinda did that the wrong way. All you needed to do was to switch the SIM card in your self-serve account.
Contact the CSA's and see if they can get you all straightened out with your previously existing account. You didn't let it remain suspended for more than 3 months did you? (if it was suspended)
