My self serve is locked out

Hi  i need to reset my self serve password it keeps saying I'm locked out.

@Tperry977   you might have just trigger a temporary 1 hour lock.  Try back in an hour.

After the hour, if you still unable to figure out the password, try the Forgot Password link.  After you entered the correct email address, you will be asked to answer the security question you set up before

If you are still unable to get through, you will then have to open a ticket with PM to have the Customer Support Agent to reset the password for you

Try again in about an hour when the lock is released. Clear your browser cache/cookies and go incognito/private mode. Chrome and edge work well.

If still problems contact a CSA by choosing chat bubble in lower right hand corner.
