I lost my sim card and cannot enter my account.
How can I restore my #?
I have access to my email that was tied to Public mobile account
Use computer (laptop or desktop) to login PM self service account. If your PM service is still activate, then order new sim card. After receive new sim card, login your PM self service account to change sim card number.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

If your account hasn't been deactivated, you should be able to log in to your account.
You'll need a new sim and you can log in to your account to change sim.
If it has been deactivated (longer than 90 days past last renewal date) then you'll need a new sim to start a new account using a different email address.
