Hi,

 

I lost my sim card and cannot enter my account.

 

How can I restore my #?

I have access to my email that was tied to Public mobile account

Use computer (laptop or desktop) to login PM self service account. If your PM service is still activate, then order new sim card. After receive new sim card, login your PM self service account to change sim card number.

You can contact a CS_Agent by creating a ticket on SIMon Chatbot at the bottom of page or private message them on the envelope icon on top of page.

To contact CS agent, at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

You can access your account if you use computer. Provide your email/password and you should be able to log in.

Get new SIM and when you log in go and swap SIM.

If your account hasn't been deactivated, you should be able to log in to your account.

You'll need a new sim and you can log in to your account to change sim.

If it has been deactivated (longer than 90 days past last renewal date) then you'll need a new sim to start a new account using a different email address.

@alyo17051 in your case, u better submit the ticket to CS_agent in order to look at your info.
