@Dwayne235   do you know if you service is still active or suspended from nonpayment or suspended from Lot/Stolen?

If you account is suspended for more than 90 days, then the account would have closed permanently .

Assuming your account not permanently closed, you can first   try the Forgot Password link.  If you entered the correct email , then answer the security question and then you can reset the password.

if you still unable to get the password reset that way, you will have to open ticket with PM using the chatbot.  click on the Bubble or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot

Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

Type: forgot log in information
Then Click "Contact Us" , and then click "Click here to submit a ticket"

you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

Lol. Learn something new...I had no idea that tagging a user also creates a link to their profile. I was thinking you did that so my posts about pricing would still be there.

Lol.  If you are in the west @Ljmac spend $10 and buy at London Drugs...they sell no hassle outright. They will ask if you want to activate bit just say no thanks.

@softech The link in red above...doesn’t do what I think you were aiming to accomplish??

@Ljmac   You may want to log into your account and put it into the Lost/Stolen mode until you are able to get your new SIM set up.  J

Just click the Plans/Add-ons tab > Lost/Stolen> Suspend Service.   Once you get your new SIM card, you can then Resume service after changing the SIM in your account.
