Hello there. I stacked with a problem. A few years ago I opened account for my daughter and put my credit card info for payment. Everything was fine until now. I completely forgot her account info. 😞 Now my card is expired and I can't find a way to update payment information. I tried a couple times to make a new account, but without success. Any advise or solution please ... Thanks

I would definitely start with " forgot my password" as long as you know your user name. If you forget the user name as well, then look back in your email to obtain that user name. When you first set up your daughter you would have gotten an email sent to the email you registered with on Public Mobile .

Search through your email accounts for "Public Mobile". You would have received a Welcome Message from them. You can then use the Forgot your password link.

@Art you don't make new account, but you can simply open ticket with PM support for them to lookup the email used , or even ask them to update it to use another email address you like, Please open ticket with PM Support :

Also, to get the service back without waiting for PM Support for the login issue, you can also get a voucher from stores , preferably from SDM/711/Shell/London Drug, and then load the voucher using *611. After voucher with enough amoung is loaded, the account will be resumed within couple minutes

If you can't remember your email address and password for the account, you'll have to get help with that from a CSA agent.
Try calling 611 from your phone and try making a payment from there. But you'll have to know your pin number though, if paying with a CC but not if paying by voucher.
