Lost account after porting out

I ported out my number from Public Mobile today.  After it is completed, I tried to log into my account but with no success.  Does it mean that I have lost my account and my rewards.  I was thinking of continuing with another free number.  Please help.

@Krist8 ported out account is closed permanently.   All thr rewards there are the  gone.  You cannot use it for another number

Once you port out your account is closed automatically and you lose everything inside.
