How to contact PM if you lost your Phone, and have no way to access your account to report a lost phone. Because Both PM and your Email Provider have to send a code Through SMS. But the phone is Lost

@glndl14 Gamil does allow the codes to send to another linked device or another linked email , but of course, you have to have it setup before

What you are saying to Good, But Gmail want The Phone number from the Lost Phone, there is no other email, there is no security question. Just A SMS to the lost phone number

Your e-mail provider should have the option to allow you to access your e-mail account by using another method such as providing a copy of your identification, by answer security questions, or by having a verfication message sent to a different e-mail address. After that is done, you can have a 2FA code from Public Mobile sent to your e-mail box.

Open the chatbot and say yes that you're a customer and sign in with your email and password and click on manage my account and you'll find the lost/stolen button. That should suspend your account. Then call 611 to hear if it did in fact suspend the account. Please report back the results.
