I asked the chat bot and was directed here. I am currently on the $25 1G plan and I'd like to get on the $24 for 4G plan. I've been a customer of PM for many years (new account as of recent because I got a new number). It isn't showing up on my account. Is there any way around this? Thanks.

If you're upgrading, sometimes they don't mind. However, you should consider this plan. It's the best plan I've seen offered here.

For contaacting a customer support agent, the chatbot should now be used for submitting all tickets.

The $29 plan is for new customers only. However, if you really want it, you can reach out to a CS Agent and ask nicely.

@gabrielacygan sorry at the moment, $24 is for mee activation only and not for existing customers. But it might come at some point, we saw many times the new activation only plans eventually opened up for everyone
