use browser from computer, and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
and check out your email spam,

1. You have 3 attempts for the same received code.
I suspected that if you request password reset too quickly, PM server may be confused and still using the password provided by previous reset. This just my guesstimate. I had seen this issue reported with the new self-server portal.
2. Try the password reset using another browser. I found that the new self-serve portal does not work well the Chrome browser on my Windows 10.
3. Create a support ticket, using procedures listed in the earlier posts on the thread, to ask for CSA help

HI @sruffell you got the code and you reset a new password, right?
DO NOT reset it further
Now, try to use either Incognito mode, or a completely different browser from the one you were using to login before (Edge/Firefox/Chrome), then use the last password you have reset to and see if you can login
It might work, it could be just a cache issue
If that fails, open ticket with PM Support and have them to reset it for you once more time. But again, try to login from a Incognito mode (or even another device)
