I click the link to open a ticket and it brings me to the useless chat bot. I ask the chatbot for a link to the ticket and it brings me to the useless help page linking to the chat bot.

Maybe someone can actually help with the issue, which is that my payment is going through for a new plan but I am getting Error Code: M.8702. Every time I navigate back it tries to get me to complete payment again then fails. What's the issue here? This is hardly worth the $10/mo difference over bell if nothing works. Someone from Public fix this please.

The payment system can be frustrating at times.  Logout of your account.  Login back in under incognito/privacy mode.  You could also try a different web browser or even a different device.  Or the PM app itself.  

If still not working, let us know....

Hey @eric333 

If you're having issues making a payment, just go to your browser settings, clear the cache and then restart your browser. Then sign in using incognito mode. Most sites like this have cache issues.

If you want to create a ticket now or in the future, this is how you do it. Enter "Contact Us" when you get in.

Please use this link to the Public Mobile Chat Bot which will direct you to creating a trackable ticket. Enter CONTACT US into the chat and follow the prompts.
