It claims that my old iphone is capable of eSim (it was working for a while) but it is not capable of transferring eSim which makes no sense to me. Every time I try logging in on my new phone in literally any way I can think of trying I just get errors. Is this a common thing? Do I need to cancel my plan and try starting fresh on my new phone? Do I have to wipe my old phone first? All I get is errors and spinning circles, insanely frustrating.

eSIMs are transferrable between devices, it's just that Public doesn't support it, at least yet.

Yeah the issue I was having was that I could login on my old phone, My PC, but not my new phone. I would just get errors everytime but after I read that I tried again and it worked. Thanks for your help.

Hey @AJ123
It's actually VERY easy to do. Just download the app on the new phone. Log in and purchase a new eSIM. Now, it will be $5 up front however when you get to the check out, it will be $0.00. That's how it works. eSIMs are not transferable.
