Can someone please help me? It says the CC on my account expired - I try to login to update this info and get hit with this notification:
"Our services are getting an upgrade.
From March 4th 10:00 PM EST (7:00 PM PST) to March 5th 9:30 AM EST (6:30 AM PST) new plan purchases, activations, and account changes will be temporarily unavailable. Come back and visit us again after the upgrade is complete.
Go To Login Page"

Sadly, that's not the case. For the vast majority of instances of downtime for Public Mobile's My Account systems, no notice is ever given. While prolonged and plannned outages get announced, My Account is down regularly late at night.

I previously saw it with a date in March (cleared cache too), as did people on Reddit. It appears to be working now.

The PM app is working fine. No updates on the app yet but we are in May not March. That update was completed last month. You are the second member indicating a upgrade in March.
If you are using the website. Try clearing the cache before login to your account.

The site, app and self-serve phone are down for maintenance. Usually they give notice. If they did, I missed it.
Unfortunately, you would have to wait until it's back online (probably in the morning).
