My subscription is on, but I got a different notification under the reward section. The due is tomorrow. Should I submit a ticket to fix? I don't want to lose service on holidays.
( I was trying to unsubscribe to see if I could get extra discount, but resubscribed. It happened only in few minutes. Probably last week)

Thanks for the explanation. : ) I have never checked the app before renewal. I thought it was a mistake that the system did not know I resubscribed. The notification scared me.

@SuperS if you have Autopay enabled, you don't have to worry about the subscription ON HOLD status.
This is usually like that couple hours before renewal time and will still be like that couple hours after renewal
If today is the last day of the current cycle and the renewal date is Dec 24th, your account status will change back to Active around 8AM ET as long as payment goes through successfully
