Try the reset password link on the login page.  You have 3 attempts for the same received code.

@Jon420 hi if you tried forgot password or tried to many times you may be locked out,it takes 3 hours to reset , if you are still having issues(alot of people are today) then get a cs agent to reset it for you,  you will need to open a ticket, to speak to a customer service agent    Click here or if you are having issues with Simon you can send private message to a CS Agent here:   https://bit.ly/2GGCJzH

do you have problem with the password or you know the logins but the system keep giving weird errros?

 

If it is just the errors but you are certain the password, try using Incognito mode or try on another browser (Edge/Firefox/Chrome) or try on another device

 

If you just do not know the password or login name, try to self-reset it at 

 https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/forgot-password

Just put any email address you could have used and see which one work and get you to step 2

 

If none of them work, open ticket with PM Support
