Hi,
I've been away travelling for a bit and missed the transition over Eversafe. Today I tried to login to update my credit card (we are still overseas) and Eversafe does not seem to recognize my password. My account was activated prior to 2023. Also this is an alternate account I had to create to get into the community board.
I also tried resetting my password and no message comes through to my email.
Finally, I am hoping there is a way for me to authenticate without getting a PIN sent to my phone since this won't work while I am traveling.
Can someone contact me to look into this. Thanks.

Thanks. I'll open a ticket. I just tired again and my password worked (maybe I was temporarily locked out?). However the problem is it only gives me the option to receive a text or voice call for the activation and not an email which won't work because I am still overseas.

you can have the 2FA sent to your e-mail after you sort out the login
And you sure your PM service still active?
