In my settings, under data, I’m entering my cell phone number, but when selecting save, it does not work. It seems my entry is not accepted, because nothing happens, but no error message or warnings. I tried entering my phone number starting with the 1-(506), or just (506), still does not work. This has been since I subscribed, now over a week.

@PuraVida are you getting any sms text at all and can you send SMS?
PM currently has trouble to provision SMS with new accounts. This issue affects activation I'm the past 2 weeks and you likely impacted. They are working on the fix, but they can correct the issue on a case by case basis. Please open ticket with PM support. Private message CS Agent at:
