Login issue

I just bought a subscription but i can't login in the app on my phone. Is it because I don't have the sim card installed?

Right now when I hit login on my app it redirects me to the website to login but once i do it takes me back on the app but nothing happeneds

Hi, I'm having the same problem logging into the app too and I just started my account yesterday. Did everything work out for you eventually? And if so, how?

The website and app will take awhile to find and download your account. So patience…on the 4 wavy dots.

it did send me a code via email but nothing seems to happened

so, you are trying to login using the app?  did it try to send you a 2FA code?
