Login Disabled - Need help enabling my account

My account login is disabled. I had my phone account in a suspended stage. But not for more than 90 days. I would like to reactivate my account. I need help activating my account.

If you can't reset your password you will need to contact mods and demonstrate it's your account

Pin is best, if I forgot have ready the credit card last 4 digits, frequently called and texted numbers, name address dob, the usual stuff

@hdevanathan once you get back in if you used lost/ stolen to suspend your account. First remove it.

 Then you may reactivate a suspended account online or by calling 611.
Via your account online
1. If you have already registered, or will first register, a credit card, go to step 2. OR deposit a voucher for at least your plan cost and go to step 3.
2. Go to the payment tab, select single payment and  amount due.
3. Select the reactivate account button.
4. Restart your phone.
or Using 611 to make your payment: ( you need your 4 digit pin to buy an add on)
1. press 1 to make payment
2. press 2 credit card ( or 1 voucher)
3. press 1 amount due.
4. Restart your phone.

If that does not work, you will likely need to contact moderator to access your self service account. 

To contact moderator via 2 methods:

  1. Ticketing system - faster response time

Click on the question mark on the right lower corner of website to start ticketing process to contact moderator.  Type: Contact moderator. Follow the prompts to submit ticket.

You could also try calling 611 on your phone.  You can do a few basic account tasks via 611.
