I can’t log in to my account and this is happening every month! Anyone else having that trouble?

First, it says wrong email or password and it isn’t . So I try to reset the password and the. It will say password reset failed and try again later! It’s been doing that every months and I have to get help

No problem here. Try clearing your cache, cookies and go incognito on your browser.

Website is very glitchy just like the Federal Government website.😤😡

Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh.

@faithmoorcraft hi yes it is an ongoing problem hopefully it will be rectified soon in the meantime try a different browser in secret or incognito mode reboot your device and try to log in again
