My wife, also a public mobile subscriber has been locked out of her account for 2 days. She thought it was her password. It allowed her to change it but then locked her out again. She can't submit a ticket since she is locked out of her account. I've run out of ideas.

You can only be locked out for an hour not 2 days for putting in the wrong password too many times.
Just wondering if she created an Eversafe ID before login to account.
If not, click on Sign Up and use the registered email and password.
If one is created then the website will indicate one is already created then you need the assistance from a CS_Agent to help her login to her account at:
