Locked out of my account

Logged into upgrade my account for traveling between Canada and the US and I am locked out of my account. Don’t remember the security questions. Please advise as we will be crossing the border in a few hours. Thanks!

@olteanshari  it should work!  Just restart your phone and when u get to the states make sure your roaming is enabled on your phone and that you connect to AT&T or T-Mobile

This was great advice! Thank you, I have been locked out of my account for weeks, and I cannot change my passowrd, because I don't get the email they say I need. Going to US today-- I was able to apply an add on by dialiang 611, (used PIN number from when I set up the account-- it was in an old text from public mobile) authorizing a pre charge to my credit card to put my account in the positive then bought-- $20 for 10 days US service. Fingers crossed that it works!

@HappyBrowns  You can also use muskbird.com for an instant top up and then use 611 to purchase an add on but if you are already in the states you will not be able to use 611. If that's the case buy a cheap SIM and plan Southside to use while you are there.

@HappyBrowns  For US roaming addons as others have mentioned you can use the IVR system by dialing 611 from your device. If you want to do a plan change then check your emails to see if you can locate the welcome to PM message. Submit a ticket and include your accounts email and the number from the email above (subject line) do that y can verify your account.

 

To submit a ticket to the Public Moderator Team click here . Enter Submit Ticket and then click on the Contact Us button to access the Public Moderator Team Assistance form.

Try using a different browser and incognito mode.  Also clear your cache and cookies then reboot.

@HappyBrowns If you've got a credit card registered to your account call 611 and see if yoiu can get what you need. If no credit card, get a voucher online then call 611 and apply it to your account.  recharge.com , https://www.ding.com , https://www.muskbird.com/public-mobile-instant-top-up/
