I paid money to my phone and my phone is still saying suspended and it's been 2 days since I made my payment. I paid 40.00 and my plan costs 35.00. Why isn't my phone working??

You can try the Lost / Stolen remedy. Log into My Account / Plan and Add-ons/ Lost-Stolen. SUSPEND service and log out. After 5 minutes log back in and RESUME service. See if that does the trick. Good luck and let us know when it's fixed.

What can you see in your self-serve account is your service ACTIVE or SUSPENDED?
