Trying to get in contact with an agent because I have been locked out of my account for 4 days and am unable to reset my password. I am in a constant loop of resetting my password and confirmation codes.

Try clearing the cache and cookie on your browser before login or login on the PM app.
If that didn’t work, click on the Chat icon and type in Submit a Ticket for an agent to help you.
