I get a lot of "call failed" while in conversations lately - on all my phones (different accounts I have 3) - is there an issue since the migration that would cause this ?

I just did, no migration, same as before be it for the Iphones (2) and android (1) all hav the same issue of failed calls while in conversation all over the South Shore of Montreal (not even specific to an area). But yes I did submit a ticket I hope they can resolve the issue, it is becoming quite annoying.

Are the all phones have service with PM?
Are they at the same location when calls are placed/received?
It could be losing signal from failing tower or just some obstruction (new building built, a lot of metal around, etc.) causing calls to be dropped.

Two different Iphones and one Android, they are all independant lines and numbers and phones. Hence why I am suspecting issues with the migration of phones or anything else 😉

what phone you used? i think you tried reboot the phone? but you tried the phone in a different area and check if it is a problem with the network where you are?
