I get a lot of "call failed" while in conversations lately - on all my phones (different accounts I have 3) - is there an issue since the migration that would cause this ?
I agree and I think a lot of people had this issue as when I logged into my account, I was in the "queue" for 6 minutes ! Just hope that they were not hacked ...
I just did, no migration, same as before be it for the Iphones (2) and android (1) all hav the same issue of failed calls while in conversation all over the South Shore of Montreal (not even specific to an area). But yes I did submit a ticket I hope ...
Two different Iphones and one Android, they are all independant lines and numbers and phones. Hence why I am suspecting issues with the migration of phones or anything else
