I was recently locked out of my community account, and the system would not let me reset the password. I had to create a new account to get in touch with a moderator. Is there any other way to do this?
Currently there is no other way. Occasionally the forgot password function works after multiple attempts to receive the email on time. But they have acknowledged the issue and they are very close to fixing it 🙂

That's probably the best thing to do. That said, make sure that the email address on your community account matches the email address on you phone account. Otherwise, you will not get any potential community rewards applied to your phone account.
