I made an RT our payment of $60 waited four days to get my service for nobody to explain to me what happened to begin with now two days ago I got a text message saying I'm 75% into my data I am supposed to have 6 GB what is going on with my account i've only had my phone active for two days when I got the text saying 75% was used apparently used but I have not used my data The service is getting more crappy the longer the time goes on

@Kyoung As mentioned above by Williams, if you are on a 3G plan, there is an issue where data does not reset upon renewal. Looks like exactly this happened and you did not know. If this is the case, You will need to send a private message to the Moderator_Team with your account info.

check on other members responses. But also check the data manager that comes included with your phones and see which applications / dates / times that consummed the most data to find the rogue app.

75% of 6GB = 4.5GB, that's a lot of data, more than a smartphone's entire firmware image.
Has your phone been downloading (and re-downloading) some sort of attempted system/software update which keeps failing?
Is your phone running something (perhaps even malware) which constantly or frequently downloads/uploads data in the background?
Could anyone have been using your phone to upload/download lots of data?
Maybe you've used 1.5GB of 2GB in the last 30-days on a 6GB/90-day plan, or if you've recently changed your plan/options, you don't actually have 6GB data "active" on your plan (yet)?

Puzzling indeed. You've received some good advice above. Once you've gotten to the bottom of this mystery, try an applike My Data Manager to track your usage. You can set it up to match your PM plan.

@Kyoung, is this a 3G speed data plan? These plans do have issues from time to time with the data counter not resetting properly on renewal. What OS do you use? what phone?
Most new phone now has the data usage details in Setting, check it out what used the data.
