Hello community,
I signed up and activated my account with the request of VoIP number transferred to PM account. I can call using my new device, but when someone calls or texts me, my old device still rings. I read somewhere it takes few days to have everything set up with VoIP number, but it has been 3 business days now. What should I do?

It might take a couple more business days. However, you could contact customer service agent to make sure that there are no issues.
