My account seems to be permanently locked. Every time I try to reset the password, I never receive a link and it says I'm locked out for 1 hour due to the fact that I've exceeded the number of attempts, except the hour never ends. I need some assistance please.

If you stopped payment for more than 90 days…your account will be closed permanently.
But if you are on AutoPay and kept up with your monthly payments. I find it easier to login on the PM app.

try login using browser with Incognito mode
