No option to pay

I ordered a sim card and plan. I have been using it since a month now. I used all data and want to buy the same plan for the next month.  The app doesn't give me the option.  Please fix it asap

@Paular2 try going into your PM app, then go to the "Payment" tab, you should see under the "Update Card Information" the last 4 digits of your credit card on file, this should mean that you have auto pay (Subscription) turned on so you shouldn't have to manually pay unless you are getting an error. When you created your account it would have been mandatory to provide your credit card info

Forgot to mention that also under the PM app but this time in the "Subscription" tab, towards the bottom you should see: "Subscription Renewal (Active)" along with the date of your next renewal
