@Baba123 as mentioned he already, it can take up to 3 weeks by Canada Post. Since you have already been waiting over 20 days you could contact a CS agent to see if they will credit you the amount and you could get it in person at one of the TELUS/Koodo stores or if you order from Amazon it usually arrives in a few days.

Unfortunately, some members have indicated it may take up to 3 weeks to arrive so it should arrive in a day or so.
If you are in a rush, you can pick one up at a Telus/Koodo/Mobile Klinik store for $10 or online at Canadian Cell Supplies from $2.

Sadly it can take up to 3-4 weeks to get it in the mail. They often use Canada Post.
If you need a physical SIM, Amazon sells them. Click on AMAZON for the link.
Or locations near you that have a SIM. TELUS STORES
