I’ve been locked out of my account in a never ending loop of changing my password and getting locked out over and over.

How can I contact an actual person to help me?

HI @Lachlan31 

you can try to wait an hour first, then use Incognito/Private/Incognito mode in your browser to requestd reset password and login , use a NEW password.  Best to reset the password and then wait 5 mins and try login
