Locked out of account

Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

My wife is locked out of her account.  She’s tried waiting as is advised, but is still locked out.  Now the account is locked.  To access support or to connect with a CS Agent, Public Mobile requires her to be logged in — which she can’t be because her account is locked!  A catch 22. 
I’m posting on her behalf hoping someone has a solution.

Did you wife a long time member? If she is, did she create a Eversafe ID before login?

Click on Sign Up before login.

BTW, you don’t need to be in her account to contact a CS_Agent. You can contact them on this Community by private messaging or on the envelope icon on your computer or this link:

you can open ticket with support for help

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
 
But at the same time, did she try reset the password?
Please try reset the password using browser with incognito mode.  And do  not use Auto-complete when login, type out the email address username and password and see if it works
