Locked out of account need access asap

My daughter doesn't have access to her email any more and forgot login password. It won accept her phone number to reset password

 

How can we access account need to change plan and payment

@AshStace  If you tried to reset password and still cannot log in . Please message support to help you regain access and update credit card info

@AshStace  the account still active? any chance it was suspended for over 90 days? Call 1.855.4PUBLIC , enter 1 for English , then enter you phone number, see if the system can find your account

Also, you can open ticket with CS agent to sort out your login issue

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
