Locked out of account more than a week

I have been locked out of my account for over a week and trying to login just tells me to wait until its unlocked but its been a week. i have tried 'customer service' and it does not help as always requires a login which i cannot do. i am only able to post this on my daughter's login. forgot password does not work either.

can you provide us a screenshot?  can tell you what is the problem if we see the exact error message.  There are different ones.

Recommend setting up an Eversafe login for a Community user so you can more readily communicate with Customer Support Staff.

Has this been an issue since you first created your eversafe ID?

@Tony68 were you using browser to login. ? Try using Incognito mode and see if it helps, or try using app

if that does not help, please engage support by direct message:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
