CS made multiple promises to escalate with no follow up. I cannot top up minutes, and now out of minutes, making my phone non-functional. Yet I am still paying. Is there a reason that Public Mobile and it's agents act like this?

When you say continue to "work with" the the CS agent, I have been doing so. However, I am doing all the work, and the CS agent just tells me things that never happen. I appreciate that you are a customer and cannot help any further, but it begs the question, why are customers touted as the go-to people to help when they cannot help. Why is the company I am contracted with unable to meet their obligations.
I signed on as a customer of a mobile phone service and am paying monthly fee in exchange for use of Public Mobile's phone network. I did not sign up to partake in a chat room dedicated to solving problems Public Mobile has caused, nor to win badges or become an imaginary citizen or mayor. Delegating customer service to well meaning volunteer customers for a dollar discount off their bill is inappropriate, and an appalling business model.

Been submitting tickets for a long time. All promises with no follow up, then when I submit a new ticket, no knowledge of previous tickets. Of course it's not right. You would think that when a problem becomes apparent on the chatbot, it would be fixed, or when a customer cannot use the service they bought, someone would fix it. The CS agents seem to be there to talk to you, but not able to fix anything. Technical department has different names, depending who you ask. I'm wondering if there is such a department at all.

hi @Nickname100 I guess something wrong with your account. I mange couple accounts and they all cam access without problem
since you have been working with agent already, please continue work with them. We are just customers ad cannot really help further
