CS made multiple promises to escalate with no follow up.  I cannot top up minutes, and now out of minutes, making my phone non-functional.  Yet I am still paying.  Is there a reason that Public Mobile and it's agents act like this?
My account has been locked out since October. I cannot get extra minutes or data when I need them, or terminate the service. None of the solutions posted have worked.  I have contacted several customer service agents, and they have not been helpful.....
Locked out for 5 weeks.  Cannot get any help.  Need a person to unlock my account
