Locked out for 5 weeks.  Cannot get any help.  Need a person to unlock my account

hi @Nickname100 what exactly they said?? what did they do??

first , do you have the correct login email?? if you have the right one, try to use Incognito/private/secret  mode on your browser to reset password 

  But after password reset, don't try login yet.  Wait another hour and then use Incognito/private/secret  mode on your browser to login

Have messaged several CS agents.  Endless promises,.  No action.  It would seem a simple thing to give a customer access to his / her account.  Still locked out.  Public Mobile still removing my money.

Still Locked out of my account.  Got ticket and they referred to something called engineering deportment.  Nothing.  Still locked out.

CS agent answered with ticket number and asked for some personal information.  I provided the information, but no response.  Have messaged CS agent 3 more times.  Am I missing something?

in case you were unaware, there’s no real time live support here at Public Mobile

Support is either attained through this community of other users like you, or for account-related matters through the link provided to reach a Public Mobile employee in the customer support agent group.

The chatbot/ticket system is at least partially broken and may give an error.  Best to use the private message link that @softech gave earlier

did you try to reset password using Incognito mode?

If issue persists, please open ticket with CS agent:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
