The first account was not closed and I am being billed for both accounts. I have been trying to log into my account for 2 weeks now and it won't load on my phone. I am using a computer atm and finally was able to load. Please advise on how to close my first account and transfer the overbilling to my second account.

opening the second account was the only way to transfer my own number. The agent was supposed to cancel the first account but obviously did not.

you should not need to open your second account.
In fact, you need to have support agent to cancel your second account and make the first account working again. Please engage support by direct message here:
