Failed to transfer my number over from rogers. What to do now?

sound like it is more complicated than just porting.  Please open ticket with PM support agent instead:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

They cancelled my service by mistake and now i got no phone.  Public mobile kept transferring me back to customer service which they said they couldn’t do anything

Missed the first message 90 minutes reply period.  Now public mobile assigned me a new number where as i still need my old nimber .

@Uttyper- Did you leave your Rogers SIM in your phone?  Did you get the confirmation text from Rogers?  If so, did you reply YES?
